  A Royalty Pawfect Prince

As the world welcomes a new royal into its midst Guide Dogs is joining the celebrations, honouring the occasion by rolling out the red carpet, pinning up the bunting and crowning one of their guide dog puppies George, after the young Prince of Cambridge.

George is just six weeks old but already the pitter patter of his prestigious paws is paving the way for his human namesake as they both embark on their extraordinary little lives.

Kate, a Dog Care and Welfare Assistant at Guide Dogs National Breeding Centre in Leamington Spa, has been looking after the pooch Prince since birth and says: “George must know that he’s royalty, he is very friendly and loves being around people! He is a star and much like his namesake will be loved by everyone who meets him.”

You can support Guide Dogs pawfect Prince George on his monarchic mission to become a qualified guide dog by sponsoring him. Visit sponsorapuppy to find out more.
