was created to
provide a personalised and natural approach to emotional
wellbeing and balance using Bach flower remedies. Our
philosophy is to look at the individual, rather than a
“one-size-fits-all” approach to health and wellbeing.
Our personalised flower remedies allow
customers to select up to 7 essences per remedy from a
total of 38 flower essences, selecting the ones that
best fit their emotions. Alternatively, people can
choose to have an online Zoom consultation with a
registered Bach practitioner who will provide a
different perspective on their problems in a safe online
space and personally select the remedies for them.
What are flower remedies?
Dr Bach created the flower remedy system
in the 1930s and they’ve been used worldwide ever since.
There are 38 Bach flower remedies – each relating to a
different emotional state. They are a safe, gentle and
holistic approach to emotional balance. You place the
drops directly in your mouth or in a glass of water
using the dropper bottle.
What are flower remedies used for?
Flower remedies can help with anxiety,
low mood, confidence, motivation, tiredness and much
more… They can also help us get through different stages
of life such as toddler tantrums, demands of a busy
career, juggling parenthood, menopause and grief.
